You can do this in the morning and at night. It’s important to use warm water so that you aren’t drying your skin out.

After you wash your face, you can apply a moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated. You should also apply sunscreen every day. If you plan on being outside for a long period of time, you need to reapply at least once to make sure your skin is protected from UV rays. You should use an SPF of 30 or higher and stay out of the sun as much as possible.

The wait wasn’t too long and there were so many beautiful and interesting things to look at while I was there: beautiful art well presented with identification and background details, fascinating terrariums and other plants, and even an Asian meditation garden.
