We’re happy to welcome you to Dermatology Associates of Ithaca. Whether this is your first visit or you’re returning for ongoing care, this page will help you prepare for your appointment and know what to expect.

New Patient Paperwork

To help your visit run smoothly, we ask new patients to complete the required paperwork prior to their appointment.

Download, complete, and email your forms directly to new@ithacaderm.com
Completing paperwork ahead of time allows our providers to focus fully on your care during your visit.

Office Policies

Our office policies are included within the new patient paperwork and provide helpful information about appointments, referrals, insurance, and what to expect during your visit. If you have any questions about our policies, our team is always happy to help.

Patient Portal

The patient portal is a secure and convenient way to manage your dermatology care online. Through the portal, you can:

Access medical records and visit summaries

New Patients

If it has been three years or more since your last visit, please schedule as a "New Patient."

Surgical Procedures

All surgical procedures must be scheduled by calling our office directly.

Established Appointments

These are for general dermatological conditions such as acne, eczema, skin cancer screenings, psoriasis, and rashes .

Cosmetic New Patient

Includes personalized evaluations and treatments for wrinkles, dark spots, volume loss, skin laxity, and acne scars.

Spa Appointments

Services include facials, extractions, laser hair removal, and chemical peels.

Scheduling for Minors

A parent or guardian must accompany all minors to their first "New Patient" appointment.

I went for a facial with Reganne, and it was wonderful! She was the right balance of chatty and quiet so that I felt personally welcomed but also able to relax and soak in all the luxurious treatment. She also was so kind and considerate, being very careful which products she used because she knew I am sensitive to some fragrances. I scheduled my appointment for the end of my regular work week, and now, this evening I’m feeling fabulous!

I also enjoy the facial services they offer at the practice. Both estheticians I have seen there have been wonderful! This was the most pleasant doctors appointment I’ve ever experienced. The wait wasn’t too long and there were so many beautiful and interesting things to look at while I was there: beautiful art well presented with identification and background details, fascinating terrariums and other plants, and even an Asian meditation garden. Dr. Macallister was very personable, professional and thorough. I was quite happy with her care. The staff too, were professional and pleasant.

Saw Donna and Megan, had a concerning spot on my face. I needed an injection and they put me eat ease and really helped me to feel comfortable and relaxed. Even though the needle stung a little bit I was completely distracted with easy conversation to keep my mind off of what was going on. Great experience from the time I arrived for the appointment til I was finished. Donna Brigham is the most professional specailist I've seen in quite some time. She is very good at explaining everything in layman's terms. Her bedside manner puts you at ease and makes you very comfortable with the procedures she is doing.
